We can't get enough of the latest designer to hit the shelves of Shop Estella - Leigh Elena Navarro!
She's an ultra-cool girl from Austin, TX whose leather jigsaw bracelets and gorgeous enamel rings, necklaces, and cuffs are as hip as they are creative. Always a lover of jewelry, Leigh started the Leighelena line in 2005 after moving to Austin from NYC, where she headed the Chloe Boutique at Bergdorf Goodman. Her hand-crafted pieces have been featured in multiple issues of Lucky Magazine, Redbook, Real Simple and dozens of other publications, so apparently we aren't the only ones who've fallen in love with them!
Leigh's enamel process is truly unique: Guided by both skill and intuition, she applies vibrant powders and glass fragments to a copper base that will then be put in a kiln nearing 1600 degrees. The results are BEAUTIFUL. We currently carry her enamel and leather cuffs, as well as rings and necklaces from her new "Crowns" jewelry system, which features magnetic enamel or leather toppers that are interchangeable and super versatile!
Her jigsaw bracelets are equally chic. They come in various Italian leathers, including a number of exotics like crocodile and python, and the metal jigsaw fastener is beyond cool. We've got two wrap-style jigsaws on the shelves - a gorgeous metallic stingray and a smoky grey anaconda. They are AMAZING.
